You get one hour of free waiting time for international arrivals from the scheduled flight landing time. This accounts for potential delays with luggage or passport control. For domestic arrivals, there is 30 minutes of free waiting time. After this period, waiting charges apply at £30 per hour or £5 for every 10 minutes.

Yes, we include flight tracking for all airport pick-ups. When you provide us with your flight details, we monitor your flight for any delays or early arrivals, adjusting your pick-up time accordingly. We recommend informing us if your flight is delayed, as updates can sometimes come through later than expected.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are fully refunded with no charge.

No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the pick-up time incur a fee based on the timing:

• Six hours before pick-up: 20% charge
• Two to six hours before pick-up: 50% charge
• Less than two hours or after the journey has commenced: 100% charge.
• If you fail to inform us about a booking error or double booking, the same fees apply.
• No-shows are charged the full journey price plus parking and waiting fees, if applicable.
