Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call our office after they have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall.

Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup point.

Express pickup is available for business & regular traveller. Please call us for more detail.

London Gatwick Airport Meeting Points:-

1) South Terminal – Inside Meeting Point (International Flight):

Our driver will meet you at the Airport Information desk, which is near the arrivals gate. They will be holding a board which will have your name on.

2) South Terminal – Inside Meeting Point (Domestic Flight):

Our driver will meet you as you exit the luggage collection area, which is located in the Terminal’s Departures area. They will be holding a board which will have your name on.

3) South Terminal- Carpark pickup

Follow the sign towards All car park then follow the sign to orange car park 3 next to parking ticket machine is a lift then take a lift to zero level. Then cross the pedestrian crossing towards orange car park 3 express pickup point.

once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, our driver will meet you there.Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.
