You have 60 minutes free waiting time after that waiting time will be charged at £30.00 per hour, or part thereof, which equates to £5 per 10 minutes. Plus extra car parking.
* Meet & Greet service is offered at airports, seaports, or train stations.
* The driver waits in the arrivals area with the passenger’s name displayed on a board.
* Flight tracking is included in all airport pickups.
* Pickup time is adjusted based on flight status.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days for pre-paid bookings.
Cancellation fees may apply based on timing:
* More than 24 hours before pick-up time: No charge, full refund
* 6 hours before pick-up time: 20% of the journey price
* Between 2 hours and up to pick-up time: 50% of the journey price
* Once the journey has commenced: 100% of the journey price
Failure to inform of changes or double bookings may result in fees.
No-shows are subject to full journey and parking/waiting fees after 60 minutes.
