Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call our office after they have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall.
Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup point.

When you come into the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs towards the Exit and Car Park There are three sets of lifts beyond the large metal sculpture. Make your way into the Car Park between the left and middle sets of lifts, walk through the purple Fast Track Parking area (Rows A-C) and and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you at Row D on level 1. Please note that cost of the Car Park will be added to your fare if you pay in advance or online, cash customer pay directly to diver either cash or card. All our drivers accept card payment.
When you enter the Arrivals Hall your representative will be waiting by the Travel Services & Information desk.
When you come into the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs towards the Exit and Car Park near to Express Train to London. There are three sets of lifts beyond the large metal sculpture. Take lift up to Departure Level make your way ouside the building you will reach in passengers drop off area cross 1st & 2nd pedestrian crossing.
