Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup point.

As you come into the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, turn left and exit the building near WH Smiths, walk across the lanes towards the car park. Once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you as you enter the Car Park behind the Coca-Cola vending machine on ground floor, which is the same level as the Arrivals level. Please note that cost of the Car Park will be added to your fare, if you pay in advance or online. Cash customer pay directly to driver. All our drivers accept cash or card. Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.
As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, our representative will be waiting by the Costa Coffee with your name board.
