Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call our office after they have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall.

Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup point.

Express pickup is available for business & regular traveller. Please call us for more detail.

The price of the car park (Meet & Greet) will be added to the cost of the journey (currently £7.50 minimum for the first 29 minutes,30-44 minutes £11.00,44-59 minutes £13.50, 1-2hrs £17.00 (as of 3/1/24). Heathrow Airport T2,T3,T4 & T5

Heathrow Airport Meeting Points:-

1) Terminal 3 – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:

As you enter the arrivals hall follow the signs towards the Short Stay Car Park. Take the lift up, walk across the bridge and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you at the Pick-Up Area as you enter the Car Park. Please note that cost of the Car Park will be added to your fare if you pay in advance or online. Cash customer pay directly to driver either cash or card. All our drivers accept cash or card payment. Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.

2) Terminal 3– M&G Pick-Up Point at Arrivals Hall:

As you enter the arrivals hall your representative will be waiting by the Travel Ex money exchange with your name board.

3) Terminal 3 – Express Pickup Point:

As you enter the arrivals hall M&S is on your lefthand quite opposite side there are some ATM machine pass ATM on your left hand side follow the signs towards Exit and Smoking area. you will reach in passengers drop off area driver will meet you there. All our drivers accept cash or card payment. Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.
