Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call our office after they have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall.

Only then will we instruct the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, to make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park or Express pickup point.

Express pickup is available for business & regular traveller. Please call us for more detail.

The price of the car park (Meet & Greet) will be added to the cost of the journey (currently £7.50 minimum for the first 29 minutes,30-44 minutes £11.00,44-59 minutes £13.50, 1-2hrs £17.00 (as of 3/1/24). Heathrow Airport T2,T3,T4 & T5

Heathrow Airport Meeting Points:-

Terminal 5 International Arrivals:-

1) Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:

As you enter the Arrivals Hall, take the door to the left of Costa Coffee outside and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift up to Level 1, and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you by Row L, near the Disabled Bays. Please note that cost of the Car Park will be added to your fare if you pay in advance or online. Cash customer pay directly to driver. All our driver accept cash or card payment. Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.

2) M&G Pick-Up Point at Arrivals Hall:

As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall your representative will be waiting in the front of Costa Coffee with your name board.

3) Express Pickup Point:

As you enter the Arrivals Hall, take the door to the left of Costa Coffee outside and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift up to Level 5, and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you there.Driver & vehicle detail will be sent on your mobile via SMS.

Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals:-

1) Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:

As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, continue straight along the concourse, past the Purple and Green Zones until you reach the Orange Zone. Take the door just past Costa Coffee outside and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift up to Level 1, and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you by Row L, near the Disabled Bays. Please note that cost of the Car Park will be added to your fare if you pay in advance or online. Cash customer pay directly to driver.All our drivers accept cash or card payment. 2) M&G Pick-Up Point at Arrivals Hall:

When you enter the Arrivals Hall, your representative will be waiting by the barrier in front of the Giraffe Juice Bar with your name board.
